A double storeyed house constructed completely using contemporary styles of architecture both for interior and exterior aspects.This house is located in Nattika,Thriprayar,Thrissur with a north facing orientation as to consider the environamental factors affecting the overall house.Since these climatic factors are taken into account ,slight modifications like the addition of slopes in the contemporary roof has been done making the overall house respond to the Kerala tropical climate positively. Main highlights of this house are the treatment of exterior facades (use of jaali) for maximum air and light ventilation throughout the house , confident use of colours for the interiors and a spacious patio connecting the dining room with indoor plants and continuous openings decorated with jaalis.
